Join us live on 9th December as we observe the POSH Anniversary and explore Strengthening POSH in Atypical and Non-Traditional Workplaces.

Over a decade since the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH) came into force, India’s workplaces have diversified far beyond traditional offices. Yet, the implementation and reach of POSH often remain confined to corporate or desk-based settings.

Atypical workspaces — such as hospitals, airlines, hotels, gig and platform economies, and other non-traditional offices — reveal stark vulnerabilities. In these environments, women and gender-diverse employees are often alone, on call, off-site, or digitally connected but structurally unprotected.

Join us as our moderators and experienced key speakers come together to:

    1. Breakdown the definition of Workplace, across industries
    2. Map the unique concerns emerging across diverse workspaces anchored in the speakers’ experience
    3. Identify and navigate the gaps in safety and list best practices
    4. Integrate intersectional perspectives
    5. Chart the pathways to strengthening POSH implementation
