22 – 23 Oct 2021 – Train The Trainer Certificate Workshop on POSH

What is the Purpose? To be trained as a trainer to conduct training and awareness programs on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace effectively keeping in mind the various legal as well as psychological nuances around the topic. The purpose is also to understand the kind of questions, scenarios, etc. that participants in a program may ask and how to effectively deal with those.

Who is it for? This Workshop has been designed for:

  1. Independent practitioners in the space of POSH (Acting as External Member, Conducting training and providing other services related to the subject)

  3. IC members also conducting POSH training programs
  4. Managers conducting training programs for their team members

What is the benefit? This workshop will ensure practical understanding of the subject. It will not only test and add to your existing knowledge and experience but will also allow you to apply the same during the workshop. The give-aways (such as PPT, FAQs, etc.) along with the workshop will help you become completely prepared for a training program.

For employees, IC members and managers of an organization, the additional benefit is that you could be trained as champions and continue the process of creating awareness amongst other employees internally. This will also help in reducing costs in the long run as you would create awareness on a regular basis even if the attrition rate is high.

  1. Recognize their role in effective implementation of the Law
  2. Conduct awareness programs & workshops for Employees

  4. Answer frequently asked questions during such programs
  5. Encourage employees to come forward with their concerns & be able to guide them sensitively to appropriate authorities & without any bias

In case of Employees, Participants will be able to:

  1. Be able to assist aggrieved individuals in reaching out to the Internal Committee (IC) (when required)
