   • a) Mental health & Harassment: What is IC’s role when sexual harassment is reported as a result of mental health concern? Assessing and dealing with mental and emotional impact on parties during inquiry.  
   • b) Character Assassination: How to address counter-complaints from respondents of mental harassment? Or character judgement of parties is it necessary?
