Background & Rationale:

Under the POSH Act, 2013, all workplaces are required to constitute an Internal Committee and provide mechanisms for women to report sexual harassment complaints. The Government of India launched SHe-Box (Sexual Harassment Electronic Box) to streamline complaint reporting and monitoring.

However, many HR professionals, IC members, and administrators are unsure about:

It was a very elaborate training and covered all the aspects of the law, in fact minute attention was paid to all the points. Nothing was left untouched. We had insightful discussions on all the sub topics and ample time was given to all the participants and all the queries were answered, giving us the correct details and clarity.
