In alignment with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013, this dual-session offering provides organizations with critical insights into two key pillars of workplace compliance: POSH Act implementation and SHe-Box registration and maintenance.

Under the POSH Act, 2013, all workplaces are required to constitute an Internal Committee and provide mechanisms for women to report sexual harassment complaints. The Government of India launched SHe-Box (Sexual Harassment Electronic Box) to streamline complaint reporting and monitoring.

Background & Rationale of POSH Workshop:

The POSH Act (Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act) was enacted in 2013 by the Government of India, following the landmark Vishaka Guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in 1997.

POSH Compliance session helps an Organization to:
